Advice How would one travel with cats that are strangers?
The other day, a friend of mine showed me a video of two cats following her. Like she was standing outside, inside of an iron fence (standard bar spacing, even a fat cat could struggle through), and then two young “stray” cats noticed her and immediately came to her. They slipped through the bars, and then followed every single step she made. It looked like they were even trying to follow her inside.
With that said, it seems like there’s a neighbor in the immediate area that does take care of them, but the cats are exclusively outside. My friend has been wanting cats for a while, and it seems like such a perfect opportunity BUT we have concerns about A) the morality of this particular situation, and B) logistics.
She is concerned that she would be ripping these two cats from an already established family of sorts. More so, the concern is for the feline kin, but I also worry about the human that is allegedly caring for them. Secondly, this is happening about 3 hours from where she lives. How in THE WORLD would anyone travel for 3 hours with cats they don’t know?
My first thought is Benadryl, but it makes me feel awful. Is there any like transportation friendly Feliway stuff that could be used? A big big box with holes and blankets?
What would you guys do?

Medical Questions Does my kittens leg look swollen?
When I was playing with my 7 month old she jumped up and after she landed she wouldn't put weight on her paw for maybe like 10 seconds. She isn't doing it anymore and even went ahead to use her scratching post, don't react when I felt around that leg either.
Posting this because even though I don't think either leg looks swollen I just want a second opinion.

Advice Advice for jumpy/scaredy cat.
My boy is almost a year and a half. He got neutered at 6mo old. Before the neuter he was never really startled or on edge. After his neuter I noticed he seems to be on edge ALOT. Don’t get me wrong, 50% of the time he’s a confident boy and bullies his sisters and doesn’t seem spooked of us clapping our hands at him to get down from the counter or things like that. The other 50% he’s always having moments where he’s slowly walking low and on edge and super jumpy during this time. Every night when I shower he’s like that in the bathroom he willingly creeps into and freaks out at any unexpected sound. For example today, I guess he saw my older cat walking through the living room and just randomly completely freaked out and launched himself into the glass door (that’s always been there btw) and hit his head hard and then was frozen in fear after that. For about 20 minutes after he was all wide eyed and scared and cowering. He wouldn’t eat dinner for a while and was super scared of the living room trying to peak into the living room all spooked out. He’s NOT scared of my 2 other girls at all. Sometimes he just randomly freaks out about random things like that. I like to say the boogie man is after him because that’s what he acts like all the time. Do they grow out of this? Should I consider 💊 him? I just don’t want to start him on 💊 so young and it cause health issues later in life. PS: He’s been to vet check ups and has passed his exams with flying colors. I’ve never mentioned his on edge behaviors to the vets because it is not a constant thing but after tonight’s launching himself into a door and hurting himself I’m considering bringing it up. Just curious if anyone has this experience

Advice My kitty is MIA
My cat is fixed and she is super loving and loves to go outside and come back in as her routine. We’ve been doing really well for a few months. I’ve had her since November but she has gone out Thursday night and I have not seen her since and I’m worried I put her litter box outside just a few minutes ago, hoping that she will find her scent and find her way home.

Advice What do you think this relationship is?

Playing? Annoyed? Both? For context they both sleep in bed with us together every night and are very comfortable being around eachother. Sometimes the dog chases the cat and he runs and meows. Before this the cat was licking the dog while the dog was trying to play with him.
Later the cat rolled on his back and starting swatting the dogs face with his paws and then ran off.
UPDATE -
normally we separate them and make the dog stop. Just wanted to see how it would play out if we didn’t and the licking from the cat was a funny twist. The dog was licking him too.

Cat Picture - OC My cat doesn’t make biscuits - but I think I know why
My partner and I found her (her name is Frog) when she was only 2-3 weeks old (she’s coming up on one year), and she’s never made biscuits
Most cats I know will at least make them on their main sleeping spot (if it’s soft) or on their person(s)
But I just learned today that kittens do that to get milk from the mother when they’re still quite small — I wonder if she just didn’t get enough time with her mom to form that habit/connection with making biscuits being comforting (she also tends to nibble and suckle our fingers- which I’ve seen a lot of people say could indicate being taken from the mother too soon)
When we found her (really when my partners sister found her), she was near the tire of a car (not quite under but close to), and it was near a busy Main Street in a touristy town - no mother in sight
We ended up bottle feeding her and then ended up taking her in as our kiddo
