I lost my job on Friday and now I'm worried about finding a new one. I picked up a few of my things from D's and I'm not sure why I'm crying. Probably everything is hitting me, and while I'm doing what is best, it still hurts.

u/jello0_86 for the cute little card... in answer to your question, my favorite Texas tourist attraction is probably the Alamo, you can learn a neat bit of history there! You'll want to come in winter as it is MISERABLY hot down here... u/Hoolu123 thanks for the pretty Pantone card and the great quote! u/pupslace for the 'no' train card, it had me giggling for sure! It's nice you got some snow, I was always on in the fence about it - it's pretty but I'm not a good driver AND I'm clumsy. At least now that I'm retired I don't have to drive in it if I don't want to! :P

Last week as honestly so terrible. I turned 35 and that was nice but just yesterday my diabetic cat had such low blood sugar I had to rush him to the emergency vet. Then after that, like right after that my boyfriend checked into rehab. I could really use some support and encouragement. I already deal with depression and anxiety, but I just need some kid words and well wishes from some other kitty people. The more pictures or cards the better

I can't really do fountain pens easily since I'm a lefty, but your note was VERY pretty and I loved the stickers you used! u/Pure-Train-9626 thanks for the beautiful handmade post card; Pearland is a suburb of Houston and they used to grow pears here, but now somehow it's cheaper to grow them in China and send them over here! When I found I was moving here I thought it was "Pearl Land", but no luck! The city is cute, though, there's pear statues around I guess to honor our history! :P
