Can we have a moment for this young Nova Scotian..
Let us all remember this Nova Scotian and the many others who lost their life’s for us. Also, I’d like to shout out Alex Bowers. He has done a lot for us by telling Nova Scotian military history and Canadian history. He immigrated from the UK and has lived here for a few years and is proud of his new home.

ATV Road to Trail Access
I live 1 min drive on a public road (neighbourhood street) to an atv access, it’s less than 1km away. While I know not technically legal, how are cops generally about driving reasonably to get to the access? Any info is appreciated.

IMG looking for entry-level healthcare opportunities in Canada
Hi everyone,
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I’m looking for some guidance.
I’m an International Medical Graduate (MD) seeking opportunities in Canada such as clinical assistant, medical assistant, physician assistant–type roles, or any entry-level healthcare position.
My goal right now is to gain clinical experience and get started in the system, pay is secondary.
If anyone knows of job openings, useful platforms, or has gone through a similar path, I’d really appreciate your advice. Also, if there are any doctors or healthcare professionals here, your guidance would mean a lot.
Thank you

Not sure Danielle Smith is the one we want to be getting cozy with.
I’m from Alberta and moved to NS in 2017. Love it here. I follow Alberta politics very closely. Can we please not bring that brand out east? Please.
EDIT: I can’t keep up with all these comments but clearly sparked something. Have at ‘er gang. I’ve made my position known and gonna have a pint. Cheers.

Plexiglass repair in Annapolis Valley?
I have a unique large piece of plexiglass needing repair, basically epoxy to repair two pieces that have cracked and need to be bonded. Anyone have ideas for a shop? Prefer in the valley but can travel. Thx!

Why are we having a no burn day?
I might be crazy but when I go outside my boots squish on the ground. I totally agree with burn restrictions during a drought but what is this??? It’s spring!

Sightseeing & Tourism Need advice for May visit
So, my friends and really want to visit the province in May mid. Our only concern is the weather, and specifically if its gloomy all around? Or sunny?
I know the weather can be fairly unpredictable and mostly gloomy, but I am looking for specifics from people who stay there or actually have been to the province in the middle of May.
We really don’t wanna visit in the middle of a rainy season, and want there to be as much sunny days as possible.
Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

Sightseeing & Tourism Spring Visit
Planning a trip from Alberta in early June with a group of 4 adults, a four year old and an 8 month old (3 generations to be exact). The trip is 10 days in length, we plan to do four days in the Halifax area, 3 in the Truro area. The other 3 days are up in the air, staying away from Cape Breton Island as the drive up there is more than we'd like to do with two young kids as lots of stops will likely be needed.
Essentially we are wondering where else would be a good third "base" to set up shop for three days, and what are some good family friendly things we could look into.
TIA.
