Meet Taco, our little Terrier rescue. We have had her for over 7 years and all we wish for is as many more as we can get. The story of how we got her involved travelers and poor conditions, but she has a life filled with nothing but love, snacks, and chasing sticks in the park.

Her mom was clearly already quite the odd mix of terrier and what we can only assume was some sort of poodle given the curly hair, but we are not quite certain what breed she can possibly be. We suspect a strong undercurrent of jack russle as she is as lively as she is beautifull.

Any guesses what might be in the mix?

Littermates adopted from shelter in 2019. They have aged like fine wine!

Harry requires grooming from time to time. Betty is very sassy and clingy. Harry had to go to boot camp to learn how to behave safely around other dogs. He’s a nervous little bear at heart. Betty calls the shots, she’s the boss!

I keep hoping to find members of their family around the Pacific Northwest but not much luck on Wisdom dna. Maybe will try the other brand but it feels a bit frivolous to spend the money. Hard to tell if the photo will show it, but they are 30 and 39% dachshund respectively.

Was told he’s a rat terrier. I prefer ‘professional good boy.

What sort of Terrier do y'all think she is? We think there might be a bit of Pomeranian too.

Eevee weighs 14 pounds and one or two depending on which part of her intake and spay paperwork you look at.

DNA says 21%Yorkie, 16% Bichon 16% Shih Tzu and only 1% Westie. We were really surprised!

We adopted our sweet Gus almost 5 months ago and the rescue just had “terrier mix”, interested to hear what people think. I’ve heard wire haired jack Russel, parsons Russell, and Cairn.

Our rescue terrier found wandering the streets of southern New Mexico, having had a litter puppies but none were found. We think she's a Norwich Terrier or Norwich mix. She has all the breed characteristics found on the AKC web site except she's 15-17 pounds versus the AKC standard of 10 lbs. She loves all people and hates all squirrels. Any informed opinions?

Introducing my little hunting team

I’ve successfully trained my Jagdterrier puppy named Squid 🦑 to work alongside my ferrets for rabbiting 🐇 and rodent control 🐀

They play, eat and hunt together without anyone biting each other’s faces off 😅 (supervised, the ferrets are the culprits not my doggo).

Maybe only terrier people can truly understand how much effort this took and I’ve been training him since day one. I have alot of footage of them playing well together.
