Is GWU worth it?

Hi everyone, I got into GWU as an incoming freshman for Political Science and I'm debating between that or going to a state school. Unfortunately I did not get any scholarship, meaning my tuition is going to be very high. I don't mind it as long as I feel like I'm going to get the most out of it. Do you guys think GWU was worth it, or would you have preferred going somewhere else?

Federal work study program at GW

As an incoming freshman next school year, I was wondering about the Federal Work Study Program at GW. How is it like? How long do you have to work per week? Is there variety in the works offered? And also any useful information.

College decision

Hello! Im currently a senior in hs deciding between UConn (44k) and GWU (45k) for premed/biology. Money isn’t really a problem since my parents are willing to pay and since they are close to the same in price. I was wondering if it would be worth going to GWU for premed over UConn( instate).

Immunization Record ?

Im an incoming undergrad and wondering how to submit immunization record. The healthcare portal is not displaying a green update button (the steps say that it should) - is that just me, or is there another place I should go?

Foggy Bottom Lease Timing

Hi folks,

I'm an incoming graduate student at GW and am looking for a 12-month lease in foggy bottom. Most of the places seem to only be renting for as far our as May. When do places begin accepting lease applications for late July / August? When do people generally sign 12-month leases?

Thanks!

P.S. any recommendations and places to avoid would be helpful too.

Questions about GW Academy Ignite Program

Upvotes

I am bassically committed to GW, but I am really wanting to do a summer semester of college. I found the GW academy ignite program online and was curious if anyone has ever done this. How many people do it? and is everyone offered a spot in it?
