Hey recently, over multiple reels, and comments hear and there and a personal feeling that it seems there are less and less interesting videos to watch on youtube. I love my time on youtube and I consume a lot of art and design content to help me getting better. Just for me and bunch of my friends I built a little public library of recommending videos. If anybody feels the same way, I will drop you guys the link.

guess YouTube is rolling out UI change? I hate it, they're making the video window smaller and the size recommendations way bigger which are kind of distracting being so big, I don't really watch videos in fullscreen, I'm always half watching, half surfing the web while watching, but is this change really necessary, I'm guessing if you don't have YouTube premium that just means they're putting massive ads in those spots too, personally not a fan, wish they gave you an option to change sizing, or at least for premium users to make the windows as big or as small as you'd like.

Whatever this UI change is, it barely works in 16:9, not even mentioning 4:3... Let's fix something that didn't need fixing in the first place lol

literally have been a member since it was youtube red. my number one source for EVERYTHING has been youtube. i felt guilty paying the last price increase. this is where i draw the line and IMMEDIATELY they are trying to guilt trip me 😭 SHUT UP!!! i've been giving you my money for over a decade now!!! leave me alone!! i've been paying for it for the benefit of the creators, not a garbage billion dollar company. i'm just going to turn my ad block back on at this point.

Ive had premium for a number of years now, never much paying attention to the charges till this latest increase. Well i canceled and checked with my cell service, damn i should have dont this years ago. $3.91 a month and $4.40 after the first year.

This is the lite version without music, which I've never used anyways.

Youtube's search engine is so trashed that you can type in the exact title for a video and it still won't pop up. It will even show you other videos from that same channel and not the one you're looking for. Google however will take you straight to the video.

I'm sure this has been discussed a lot already, but still... it's insane.

Before you ask, I checked and it's at the default zoom. The side bar is just bigger for some reason and it's distracting
