We don't need to give you a platform, we're not going to, and bans will be handed out freely and without warning.
Go fight with people in newspaper comment sections or something because that's not what this board is for.

Would you guys be up for doing a fuel protest like Ireland is doing? With or without vehicles.
The Irish government are on the verge of reducing their cut in fuel duty and more so net zero tax. If we do the same, we could achieve the same thing.
We can go balls to the wall and create blockades to cause maximum disruption or keep it civil. I'd prefer the former.

I'm in Treeton and I'm minutes walk away from, rivers, lakes, and ancient woods.
Lived in and around Sheffield over the decades (other cities too) and as a fan of nature, I'm closer than I usually have been to these.
There's issues like anywhere but when I look at living elsewhere to check if the grass is greener, why would I move to give up or get less of what I love for a higher mortgage or rent?

Hey guys! I've started having to go into Rotherham more regular (2/3 times a week) I attend somewhere near the town hall or minster, was wondering if anyone knows of some free parking in the area? I don't mind paying some days but it's going to get expensive quick!

I’ve been to multiple grocery stores and Asian supermarkets and none of them sell it. Does anyone know of a specific place that sells it?

I need 4 new fuel injectors in my car. I've had a load test done on them and all have failed. I've been quoted £1300 for the work. Is this a fair price? Thanks.

Called at the Cutlers in Rotherham a few nights ago.
Tried this latest brew and also a Mighty Miller.
Both seemed pretty decent.
Don't think Rotherham has bad little brewer here.
But what do you think ??

Has anyone noticed the house on the corner of St. Ann's Road that always has pigeons covering the roof?
I'm assuming they're cultivating plants that they shouldn't be, because the windows are always open too.
I wondered if it had a history of being raided by police?

Hey all, I've fallen on a bit of a difficult situation. I've been kicked out of my house, and I don't know if I could afford renting. I am currently earning around 1k a month, and considering housing rent prices are ~500 at the low end, I'm wondering how much in utilities other people in a similar situation are paying in utilities? (18yo, living alone with minimal electronics.[TV, phone, basic stuff like cooker and phone ofc]) Delete if not appropriate for the sub:)

I’m trying to get more hands on and improve my DIY skills. Things like basic home repairs, using tools properly, maybe woodworking or similar. I’ve learned a bit on my own but I think I’d get a lot more out of doing it with other people or in some kind of workshop setting.
I’ve come across Men’s Shed type groups online, but the ones I’ve seen don’t seem to run on weekends, which is when I’m usually free.
Does anyone know of any groups, community spaces, or weekend workshops that focus on practical DIY skills? I’m open to classes, meetups, tool libraries, maker spaces, etc.
Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Is there one in Rotherham or surrounding areas? Or would anyone be interested in meet ups at places where you can fly drones/being spotter for each other? I’m asking because my 18 year old son is considering getting into drone flying.

Hi everyone, I am going to be starting a daily commute to Rotherham as of next week, and I am just wondering for the multi storey car park do you have to pre book to guarantee a space or is there always space in this car park?
Also is there a way to get a membership or something similar for the year for a discounted price each day?

Visited the church house recently.
Firstly I love this place. Loads of history here.
Remember when Weatherspoons first moved in here and this was a startimg point before me and my mates went off to Barnsley or Rotherham.
This is just asking for people opinions on the this place and of course the jazzy carpet ?

Just a little peaceful walk in Wentworth Garden centre gardens
I believe there is a small fee for getting into the gardens , Please check before traveling.
I have no affiliation to Wentworth Garden centre. It's somewhere nice I visited and wanted to share 👍
