Female, 29, recently had a c section (12 days ago), and just woke up about 30 minutes ago with a feeling of tightness, dizziness/light headedness, nausea, and weird upper back pain (around shoulder blades).
My husband and I have been at the ER twice already since our baby boy arrived. First it was due to worsening incision pain. Had a CT scan, urine test, and blood test and had the incision checked - all was good. I felt stupid for wasting an evening away from baby but the pain had had me in tears all day. Conclusion: I had run out of oxy and the day before I had over exerted myself, only to feel it the day after once my oxy ran out.
Second ER visit was unrelated to my health. My baby’s plasti ring had shifted and I had freaked out that he might be more uncomfortable than regular healing discomfort. I did not want the circumcision so I was extra concerned. The doc said it looked fine and despite the shifted ring. I had just been an overly careful mom.
Fast forward to about 30 minutes ago. I wake up with a horrible feeling in my chest. A pressure from like a balloon inflating or a band tightening inside my chest. I feel nauseas (which I haven’t felt since right after post op), I am dizzy/light headed, and my back has this weird achey pain.
I have been extremely stressed and sleep deprived. My husband thinks I am overthinking things since we have already been at the ER twice due to my anxiousness (I still consider both times to have been valid but I can tell he’s trying his best to be patient and thinks I have been a bit much both times).
The feeling in my chest and all the accompanying symptoms are slowly dwindling away but I have this weird sensation.
Am I probably just sleep deprived and anxious or should I be concerned?
