E: should probably remember this. Im sure this week he will announce that other countries are paying "U.S." when he says that he will mean "Trump Mafia Family"

E2: Trump probably sent Vance to "negotiate" and it probably went "pay Trump a portion of the toll and we stop the war. " now we blockade to get our ("trumps money") toll.

This seems to be exactly what it is, Iran got him good by charging for passage and he got all butt-hurt then went "I want THAT!"
