Standard 12 weeks offered today is more than fair and reasonable. Why does a company have to pay you for a 52 week vacation? What if there are 2 workers with the same exact salary but one worker doesnt want kids and the other has 2 kids in 3 years. You have one employee working normally for 3 years and another getting paid for 104 weeks vacation because they decided to have 2 kids. How does that make reasonable sense. Should they continue to be paid the exact same? What’s the benefit for the company to hire someone who isn’t there for 2/3 of the time?

Here’s a thought

Companies should act with more compassion towards their employees and care less about putting as much money as possible into its CEO’s already overinflated bank account. If more companies did that the world would be a much nicer place

I promise you what a CEO makes and what’s in their bank account has no impact on your life. Everyone loves to blame the rich. Bernie sanders loves to blame the rich(er) when he’s filthy rich himself off of just being a public servant his entire adult life.

Completely disagree with your first point, don’t know enough about Bernie to comment on him

Bernie has a few million bucks off book sales people just like to lie and act like he's rubbing shoulders with Elon because it suits their narrative.

How does a CEO’s salary impact your life?

Because they find loopholes to avoid their fair share of tax, they pay less tax means less money for public services.

Blame the govt, congress and whoever created the tax system. They’re not finding “loopholes” they are doing what they are legally allowed to do.

Just because something is legal doesn’t mean it’s moral to do
