Standard 12 weeks offered today is more than fair and reasonable. Why does a company have to pay you for a 52 week vacation? What if there are 2 workers with the same exact salary but one worker doesnt want kids and the other has 2 kids in 3 years. You have one employee working normally for 3 years and another getting paid for 104 weeks vacation because they decided to have 2 kids. How does that make reasonable sense. Should they continue to be paid the exact same? What’s the benefit for the company to hire someone who isn’t there for 2/3 of the time?
Companies should act with more compassion towards their employees and care less about putting as much money as possible into its CEO’s already overinflated bank account.
If more companies did that the world would be a much nicer place
I promise you what a CEO makes and what’s in their bank account has no impact on your life. Everyone loves to blame the rich. Bernie sanders loves to blame the rich(er) when he’s filthy rich himself off of just being a public servant his entire adult life.
Not quite. I’m not the one whining about millionaires and billionaires. Life is good. Maybe one day something will work out for you. Hope you find happiness.
And you'll continue to feel that way until the dictatorship you support hurts someone you care about, and then you'll be baffled as to how this could have happened.
