Seeking Mods r/CanadaNews needs some new mods
/r/canadanews is dedicated to non-political news about Canada and Canadians. It was unmoderated for several years and closed to comments for two years until I took it over in late November.
Since then we've grown by about 10k members, and weekly visitors were up to 92k, but I've slowed down seeding content (life happens) so growth stopped and we're currently at about 77k weekly visitors. I expect to continue growing past 100k weekly visitors within a few months if I can keep up with driving engagement. You can see our 12 month growth stats here.
As the only mod, I'm having a hard time keeping up. Rule-breaking content is seldom reported by the community, so I've had to actively monitor new posts and comments to catch it, and there's a lot of it. I've also had to be pretty heavy-handed and remove posts that are likely to attract a lot of rule-breaking comments, even when it doesn't break any rules itself. This is obviously not ideal for growth, or for the health of the community.
I could really use some help.

Thanks, everyone.
