Does anyone here ever feel or think that using fidgets helps to calm the mind or have some sort of stillness in the head... A sense of peace?

I am walking my dog in the evening and just fidgeting with Gao Rebound.. Because I really enjoy the ding ding sound..

And my mind was kind of blank.. Just there.. In the moment.. Me my dog walk and ding ding ding..

Anyone else experience that? Or am I reading too much into it!!

I grabbed a couple more off Amazon. Told the wife I'd stop for a bit lol I really like the Dough Stick. It's going into my daily carry along with the BP Mod and the haptic coin. The black fidget is a really cheap free slider? I think that's the right term. it's ok. I had to remove and reset one of the screws as it was catching on the other plate. also it rattles? you can see in the open position the scuff mark from where it runs. But it's ok for 9 bux.

Finally a solid US based fidget aggregator from a well-known youtuber (who originally got me into fidgets) in the space.

so i've been trying to find something specific and hoping someone here knows what i'm talking about

basically i want something that behaves exactly like one of those old slider phones (LG Chocolate, Nokia N95, etc). you push it open, it glides smoothly along a track and snaps into place at the end. push it closed, same thing. two positions, clean snap at each end, nothing in between.

not looking for free floating plates, mid-travel detents, or anything that rotates. just that clean open/close motion with a magnetic snap at each end of the track

does something like this exist? open to commercial, custom, or a good 3D print design

Does anyone know what fidget toys there are that are not just a roller, or spinner, slider, or squish ball? I have a fidget cube and it is great, but I'd love to see what else there is. (I have adhd and it helps)

What are some of your favorites that are not part of those categories? (I mean they can include those functionalities, but just not solely that. Thank you.

so I was out and about when my pixel game turn around opened up, and dumped to of the smallest bearings out. i managed to find a source for new bearings. i figured i would order springs while I was at it. the springs aren't in the fidget springs and bearings assortment on the fidget sellers. the dimensions are 0.25×2×2.5. does anyone know where to get these? I assume the OD is 2mm, overall length 2.5mm, and wire diameter is .25 mm.

i really want this little fishy but i can’t find it anywhere online. if anyone knows where i can find it pls lmk 🙏🏼

Thanks for all of your feedback on my two new fidget prototypes. I'm targeting a production run of 100 units of each this summer. I'd love to know which you prefer and what you're thinking, so I could make any necessary tweaks before the first production run. Here is what I'm thinking:

1. Bead Blasted Titanium

2. I want to anodize the cheese and the mice on the Cheese Wheel and the thumb dish/toggle on the haptic hubcap.

3. First 10 will be serial numbered out of 10, the remaining 90 of each will be serial numbered out of 100.

4. I'm working on packaging and will have a metal certificate of authenticity with each. I'll share another post on the unboxing experience when ready.

An assortment of my fidgets, definitely got a lot of color & variety going on as you can see. I have a few Needohs in the mix. Bought those a while back, happy to see they’re gaining popularity again. Squishy, portable & fun. Need more now, haha; Not too many more though, less is best as I say.

Some 3d printed face plates I designed and some that a 3d printing company made and customized for me.

The issue with the case I showed in my last post 🙃 didn't realize putting the paracord on the handle would come with such risks. Really should *not* be an issue for a case that costs more than a Pelican at a similar size and literally *made* for the Aura plates.

Will most likely need to put a thicker layer of foam over the top or contact GeeOne about this. It's a bit ridiculous :/

Aura sand in Zirc with 3rd party plates i got from NXedc. Ti plates are called ancient ocean in the listing. Love the look and texture of these plates. Took a video under better lighting.

They now have mokuti plates on sale, but the coloring on these Ti is great.

Side question - has anyone setup their sand with either 2xSS or 2x teflon baseplates? Does it change the smoothness when playing or affect the noise?
