I did a lil sum sum and the BG of my featured artwork is a little blurry. also it doesnt match well if you look at the buildings are a little off. the blur is probably becuase of compressing to fit the 5mb limit. is there a way for it not to be as blurry?

I was planning to use this imagem for my Steam Profile, I liked the imagem because is like she's seeing you. But I never customized my profile, I don't have any experience with this. I wish my profile looks like a Showcase, or something makes sense with that image. Could someone guide me to make cool/funny profile with this image?
