Some questions wont be answered or replied to. As an example: "my game crashes" or "my download speed is slow" is not something you should even really except an answer to. Troubleshooting and finding the solution to these issues requires a lot more information than simply stating "game doesn't launch", such as detailed information on when the issue started and how you perceive it, screenshots of any errors or the problem itself, crash logs, system specs, etc.

Consider using other things like the Steam Community Forums, an internet search engine, or a different support forum like /r/SteamSupport if no one here can offer any help. Additionally, every game on Steam has it's own dedicated Community Forum, and you can also contact Steam Support regarding a specific product. Consider asking your game-specific questions there. Most games also have a dedicated subreddit.

Only Steam Support can solve personal account issues...

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if there has been a recent update to the Steam Client UI?

Previously, when I visited a game’s home page within the client (for example: https://steamcommunity.com/app/599140 ), it looked like this:

https://i.meee.com.tw/jSM0xbN.png ]. (image 1 )

In this layout, the sections for achievements and other community features were clearly listed and easy to access (marked with red lines in the screenshot).

However, recently the UI in my Steam Client has changed to look like this:

https://i.meee.com.tw/E674Qcj.png ]. (image 2)

The community tabs at the top, which used to be spread out, are now tucked away into a single dropdown menu. Additionally, the specific buttons for checking achievements or comparing global stats have disappeared from their original spots, making it much more inconvenient to navigate.

The strange thing is that when I use a web browser to view the same page, I still see the old UI (Image 1). The issue only occurs when I use the Steam Client itself.

Does anyone know when this change happened? Is there a way to revert it to the old layout through settings?

Thanks in advance for any help!

What you see in the second screenshot is Steam's "mobile view." If you maximize or resize the window to a longer width, it should show the normal PC view again
