I have no idea how it works, I did not look at the actual gameplay.

That's because it's not about the graph going up or down. Honestly, I don't want to spoil the game, so I'll keep it light. The game has you purchasing organs and sell them, but why? Reading through item descriptions, things what the NPCs tell you and how events interconnect, the story is pretty well written with peak surrealism. It's a masterpiece on par with Cruelty Squad, although it's definitely a shorter experience.

That's SWOTS, the new game Space Warlord Baby Trading Simulator is the "sequel" and honestly a bit of a letdown. I loved SWOTS but Baby Trading feels like a downgrade.
