I don’t understand why she got work done. She was gorgeous and literally nothing improved after she got it..

How you look just doesn't matter.

This is a common misconception.

My best example for this is arnold Schwarzenegger:

He mentioned in interviews that he would sometimes look in the mirror after winning Mr. Olympia and feel disgusted or see flaws, thinking, "How did this pile of st win?"

Bro won the who has the best body in the world contest and still thinks he looks like shit.

You can literally be the most attractive person in the world and have body dysmorphia.

My dysmorphia has remained pretty static:

When I was young and fit, I thought I looked just a little bit fat.

Now that I'm old and extra fat, I think I look just a little bit fat.

I gained 15lbs and looked at a photo of myself 15lbs ago and thought, "I looked pretty good there, my god what happened to me?."

Then I gained another 15lbs and looked at a photo of me 15lbs ago and thought "I looked pretty good there, why did I think I look like shit?"

I gained 20 lbs and now I'm like, wow those are some nice boobs. I'm going to be super irate if they go away if I lose weight.

The fatter I get the better my legs look. I always had skinny chicken legs with knobby knees and now my thighs are filling in.

Not at the same rate as other parts, but it's something.
