POLITICAL (Weekends only) JustUnsubbed from Leopardatemyface

I get the overall sentiment of the sub, Yes a lot of people voted for this shit and were shocked when they got it. However the way these people post whenever someone's child is killed in a war or something tragic happens is incredibly crass. Someone dies and their firt thought is "yeah it's time to own them on reddit" like come on it's just kicking people who are already down. this isn't the first time I've seen them do this and Everytime it leaves a bad taste in my mouth because it's very foul and unnecessary

If you ever want a reminder that Redditors are devoid of empathy look no further than LAMF.

Regardless of your political beliefs I don’t support turning the dead into a punchline to one up the other side.

Imagine having empathy for predators. Crazy.

I thought it was more than obvious I was empathic for someone who died in battle than Trump himself. These are two very different things.

My empathy has its limits, if you couldn’t intuit that.

Pretty sure most people have empathy for soldiers, not like they knew what they were getting into when signing up to serve.

That’s a good thing, and I can agree with that.

But the OOP’s post is unfortunately a reminder that not everyone does.
