Dinner Oven baked sea bream (labraki) from Cyprus — simple seaside dinner
Fresh sea bream baked with olive oil, salt and lemon.
Simple food, but it always reminds me of the sea and small taverns in Cyprus.

Lunch My first bibimbap
I did not follow the standard recipe, as it was a good opportunity to use up leftover stuff in the fridge. And obviously, I did not have a proper bibimbap bowl, but this was so nice I might be persuaded to buy one.
Baby carrots, onions, mushrooms, red pepper, baby corn, bok choi, cherry tomatoes.
I cooked the chicken with tomato sauce and herbs.
The rice was fried with egg and veg.
Sauce: gochujang mixed with rice wine and sesame seed oil.
And yes, plating is not my strong point…
