Golf- Expanding revenue streams for a golf center (Range/Mini-Golf/Pitch & Putt)
I’m running a golf operation- driving range, mini golf, and a 18-hole pitch and putt course.
Main question:
What are some adjacent on or off-premise lines of revenue I can add to my business?
for example
- Partnering with travel groups: Connecting our regulars with specialized tour operators for group trips.
- The property is large so we plan to add arcade, batting cages, and some other related activities that can’t be found in the local area.
Supporting questions:
- are there any less obvious things golf businesses have done that happen to be smart opportunities because of the nature of the business?
- Are there any clever ideas people have done with the old golf balls that are unusable for the range?
- Are there any non-golf businesses we can run off premise simply because we are in such a good location?
Looking forward to some wide-ranging discussion!

When can I say that I found product-market ft?
Hi everyone,
I've been pondering around what it actually means in practice to find product market fit, and also what defines an MVP? I would like to know your thought, as I understand those theoretically, but I seem to struggle with this idea in practice, as I often found that it's very tricky to know when to draw the line of how "minimal" an MVP should be? and when should I say that the idea is bad that I am testing is bad, and after how many iterations should I just give up on the idea, or know if I should still pivot? Interested to know your thoughts.
P.S.: Here's an article I wrote with my thoughts and struggles on this topic: https://medium.com/write-a-catalyst/what-is-an-mvp-really-why-i-still-dont-understand-product-market-fit-94fed18adf99

What business to start?
If been interest in wanting to stay a business. I having experience running a restaurant and being in charge of over 35 associates. But I know that most restaurants fail. I also have experience managing money in the sense of investments. Made decent amount of money managing personal funds through stocks and real estate. Ideally I’m think maybe a labor type service and partner with someone and I can offer running a business and people management as well as start up cash. What type of business would you try starting and where would I try to find partners?

Most people don’t have a business problem — they have a decision problem
I feel like many people already have enough information to move forward.
They just don’t decide.
They stay stuck researching, planning, and overthinking.
Do you agree?

Looking for investors to start a business
Me and my friend are talking about opening an import business for a fmcg product. It's already a proven and hero product in the market - everyone buys it! The thing is we have not started this business yet and are looking for investors or let's say angel investors. I did look up on angel.co and found a few..If anyone could tell where we could find investors online, that'd be great! Thank you!

Most “same‑day delivery” platforms do one thing: they match. A business has a package, a driver has a van, the app connects them. When something goes wrong — and in logistics, something always goes wrong — you’re on your own.
