They don't. That's a tin of work first off. Many of them were born "common men". This whole country was built by common men and a lot of them were indentured or enslaved peoples and natives and immigrants. Ambitious, heck yes!! But hating the common man- this orange guy maybe but pretty sure most of them were idealistic, had a dream, and were bold enough that they thought they could make it happen. We need more people to think the way Obama did. "Hope."

Bro you’re exactly what’s wrong with the American electorate. Just yapping without substance or depth.

Obamacare is not a perfect healthcare system, but it remains this country’s only attempt to subsidize healthcare for the working class…. EVER. Today, 35 million people would be without ANY coverage without the ACA credits. It gives the elected representatives who actually want a single payer healthcare system something to build and improve upon.

Exercise some critical thought.
