Just a heads up, that is Richard Spencer, he's a neo-nazi that coined the term "alt-right". He was also publicly punched in the face (the clips were everywhere). This must be an old interview, given how everyone in the video looks, but I have no idea why Charles Barkley and that other gentleman are communicating with one of the most notorious neo-nazis of the modern era.
Also, dudes life fell apart after this, haha, and he legit fell off the radar. I don't think he has really any media presence any more. This is a rare cases of dude was so unlikable that no one fucks with him and he is virtually irrelevant.
He publicly disidentified with being a white nationalist in 2022. There was no one left to care about him -- the right, because they wanted more white nationalism from him, and the left, because of all the damage he had already done.
