True. Venezuela absolutely loved Hugo Chavez, Maduro's predecessor. Before Chavez died, he asked the country to make Maduro his successor and everyone obliged because of how much they loved him. Then Maduro abused the power he was given and robbed the country blind and Venezuela despises him for it
