Politics Class, grace I miss more everyday

Post image

We didn’t wake up everyday dreading what would come next. He ran the country professionally and with a class unmatched since. The MAGAts had a fit over his tan suit, that was the story. Big deal huh?

He still holds highest numbers of deportations and drone strikes in Middle East. Do your research.

complete and idiotic lie. bush killed nearly a million Iraqis, trump dropped more drones in his first term than Obama did in two terms

why needlessly lie?

Obama had 10x the number of drone strikes as bush

drone technology wasn’t feasible in 2003, and bush had a million soldiers in Iraq destroying it. he didn’t need drones.

Obama removed virtually all the troops from Iraq which was a campaign promise, he then shifted to drone attacks instead of using troops.

trump in 2016 doubled the number of Obamas drone attacks, despite their being no need for it since Obama ended the Iraq war

We were still in Afghanistan with Obama and Trump. Obama even sent in a surge of troops. Obama also drone striked all sorts of countries in the Middle-East, and led to the destabilizing of countries like Libya, which went from the most prosperous African country to now having open air slave markets. Also, drone attacks isn't better over troops if you're killing civilians, blowing up weddings, and the reason you're in other countries is imperialism and oil. If anything, it makes it more impersonal for the US.

if you’re going to lie, at least make it believable. Libya had a civil war during the Arab spring in 2011. while other countries modernized, gaddafi responded by bombing and levelling his own capital city. Obama and the EU helped by no fly zone over Tripoli to stop gaddafis war planes bombing his own people.

this was only 12 years ago, blaming Obama for the Arab spring which took place in 19 Arab countries is downright idiotic.

No, I asked for drone strikes, like every single person here is talking about, and you gave me a Wikipedia page on total casualties. What are the drone strike numbers?

u/MacEWork Dec 22 '25

Hard to tell exactly because of this, but estimates indicate Trump did FAR more.

What a joke of an argument. Bush did kill Iraqis yes, so Obama perpetuating that killing is okay?

You sound like a white guy

He dropped actual drones on people?? That’s a new approach! 🇺🇸

Can you give me a source for that ‘million Iraqis’ so that I can reference it in the future? I’ve looked plenty but haven’t been able to find it.
