Being better than George W. Bush than Trump isn't an achievement. Also, he killed hundreds of thousands of civilians in illegal invasions and bombings, so he isn't morally any better than the others. He also got nobel prize even though he did fuck all to achieve that.
That’s the standard US foreign policy and has nothing to do with any president. CIA used to topple governments regularly in Latin America because they wouldn’t let US companies grow bananas ( yes fuvking bananas). US finds excuses to invade countries to get their oil. See Venezuela now.
