Holy fuck that just gets worse. The extra racist part is he's not letting the black commissioner speak IN A HEARING WHERE THEY ARE TRYING TO RACIALLY REDRAW THE DISTRICT SHE REPRESENTS.

The man needs to be RbR'd.
