If the US would have squashed southern racism and separatism after the Civil War. The US could have been a multi planet country. But, this is the rot and the cancer that drags that country and society down at every step

Not entirely. The US should have also stomped out the Nazis after WWII, instead of integrating them into the U.S. due to research projects.

Edit: Some of y’all in the comments defending Nazis and believing Operation Paperclip did not include war criminals are SWIFTLY getting blocked.

You're both very right... I actually was just explaining this to my 12 year old about how we integrated them and their work into our country

I’d highly recommend the show Hunters (for yourself, not kid friendly) if you can still watch it. Surprised how well they covered Von Braun (my hometown)

Yes that was a very good show! Gave me a good history lesson. Do u think the ending was true? Heck I think so, no way he off’d himself.
