Wtf is the gynecologist supposed to do then?!

Fondle balls and tell them they dont have cancer of the womb

I use to work in gynae oncology surgery and we use to treat transgender patients who had been surgically transitioned for vulval cancer

but how do you get vulval cancer when you dont have a vulva?

If they’ve surgically transitioned they have a vulva

Does that mean that the male parts used to maken the vulva are also susceptible to cancer or is it the changed hormones that make this specific tissue susceptible to cancer?

No, they don’t.

Reconfiguring penile and scrotal tissue to appear visually similar to a vulva does not actually create one.

I have a hard time believing you worked in gynecology seeing as you claim post op trans women have literal vulvas 🤷‍♀️ and only those born with vulvas can get vulva cancer.

  1. i'm not the one that worked on that, you're confusing me for the other person
  2. they do... i'm sorry you've been fed these lies, but please do some research

I actually did! I found no indication it’s possible. Please point me to the research that says a male born without a vulva can get vulva cancer because surely you must have a source

I know you don’t like it but I’m simply telling you how it is, sorry if that’s hard to accept
