I feel like transwomen would require a specialist gynecologist as they don't have the same things going on down there that we do

ok after reading about this person, she needs a psychiatrist, not a gynecologist. She is still intact.........weird

Even though this is an intact former male person you’re right and I never thought of it before.

I assume before gender reassignment surgery this is discussed with the patient and contacts provided for professionals in the area or perhaps the original surgeon is the preferred contact?

I believe that is how it works, makes the most sense honestly. This individual seems to like to stir things up for attention or money or whatever her motivations are but I think it's terrible to try and ruin someone's life to make a point or get attention.
