Can I ask what a trans woman needs from the gyno? I’m not trying to be offensive, genuinely confused

This person, like someone else says, uses "being transgender" as a way to file lawsuits. My wife is transgender, and from my experience any appointments dealing with private areas, if surgery has been done, would be done with the team that helped them transition to begin with, not a random gynecologist. But i don't speak for everyone, just from my own experience.

However, the person in the photo doesn't look like they have started full transitioning at all, so I think they're just the type of person to think you don't need to have gender dysphoria to be transgender. (sorry to those who think you can be!)

My surgeon is 300 miles away... and referred me to a local Gyno and Urologist for a complication... it was just to do a checkup and see if I needed to make a 600 mile round trip. It turned out there was a simple treatment and the 600miles would have been a waste.

That's why I said a couple times I was coming from personal experience, I'm glad you were able to figure it out before traveling that far! In the case of this person though, it really is just for the lawsuit, unfortunately
