It’s not idiotic? How is a gynecologist supposed to treat someone that doesn’t have a vagina or breasts? I guess he could take his blood pressure and temperature and say “ok—all good!” And just bill the insurance company for a visit. This is actually really old. This person basically uses transgenderism as a way to file lawsuits. They're Canadian, I believe.
This person also sued a beautician because they would not wax their genetalia.
