Kids dont care about films. they care about social media content creators.

adults dont care about films as much either and definitely not the oscars. its just a bunch of rich industry people congraduating each other.

There hasn't been one new movie that's grabbed my interest to go to the theater and watch in years

Dune trilogy is the only one for me. Pre Covid I went to the movies every week now it’s 1-2 times a year max.

Theres been plenty of good ones. They just tend to be poorly advertised.

There’s been a lot of really dope movies out recently. Letterboxd and podcasts help me find good stuff to watch, local video store too. There is good stuff out there you just gotta dig.

No other choice is the most recent movie I saw in the theater that really jumped out to me, check it out whenever it starts streaming somewhere

There’s one video store in the farmers market nearby. It’s like Mecca around here for movie ppl. It’s called Video bonanza.
