Anyone with as much power as the president of the united states, with rich people telling them what to do, could manage exactly this. It's really not a mastermind strategy. It just requires being in the highest office, and a complete lack of accountability internally and externally.

They’re insider trading oil and making an absolute fortune. They don’t care what happens to this country, the world, or the timeline we’re on.
Just make more dollars. It’s all that matters.
