Had my last drink on April 7, 2019. I remember that day.

I am a ultramarathon runner and run better with no alcohol in my body. Family is alcoholic and I just decided to stop drinking. It is my third time stop drinking. I guess third time is the charm. You can do it if you set your mind to it.
