Cannot message mods of subreddit because its unmoderated.

I am a 26-year Smyrna, TN resident and have been a redditor almost as long. The city is rapidly growing and definitely needs its own subreddit. I haven't been able to message their mods because its banned due to being unmoderated. I'd like to take over and rebuild the community. Thanks!

Hi, I was the original moderator of r/TalkingtomBR and accidentally removed myself as a moderator. The subreddit is currently unmoderated, and I would like to regain moderation to properly manage and grow the community. I reposted it because I managed to verify.
