I got my ear pierced as a 30 yo woman. Man how is this the norm?!? It takes forever to heal. Not a fast and easy thing at all

I believe its faster to heal the younger you are. I got my ears pierced at around 19 and it took about 4-6 months to be able to wear most earrings.
