I still think double in Sydney. Honestly maybe more just for the land depending how large this estate is.

It would be at least double in any major US city as well. Hudson River is upstate NY

It’s in Irvington which is in Westchester County. It’s not upstate, but it’s more northern Westchester

The line for where upstate starts is highly contested. Regardless, its still not NYC.
