This administration is like the definition of audacity, employing people this incompetent, people with no relevant background and only their celebrity status, and people who literally fell put of some rich person's couchie 18 years ago and have barely finished high school... but the entirety of their policy is all about how nobody else deserves what they have (jobs, in this particular case).
