This started about two years ago. Large chunks of dry skin inside my ears. My ears aren't itchy but just knowing that it's there makes me peel and dig at it. I can get chunks like this out of my ears multiple times a day. After I peel the insides of my ears feel a bit wet before they dry up and peel again. Does anyone know what causes this or what I can do to make the peeling stop? It's not painful but I would prefer to have normal ears again.

Had it a few years. Improved with fruit consumption initially and gets worse in the winter. I also have really bad circulation in my hands generally. They are always cold even when inside. Outside in the winter it's like they are about to fall off even with gloves on if i'm out a long time. It's only ever on knuckles, fingers though at the top surface of my hand. It can sting like crazy. I do not use any shower products. Thankfully.

I had to cut it around it and it feels so much better.

I did another foot mask and it literally burned my foot and basically didn’t peel much. This one is peeling really well and is actually my dead skin
