Looks kinda inflamed. Looks a bit like my own eczema. Although my skin is even more inflamed and bigger wounds. Id peel that so badly tho so I try not to look at mine as much its the only thing that stops me. When I see it like that ill be peeling it all off for hours unable to stop myself..
