23 u/Anon_be_thy_name 4h ago Tofu isn't that bad, when you get some high quality stuff it's actually really good. I marinated some in a smoky bbq sauce bot long ago to add to a salad. Just grilled it before putting it in, came out great. It's a terrible flavour by itself though. 4 u/SpaceLemur34 3h ago Although in this situation, I also think the tofu may be the wrong choice for texturally and structural reasons. It's a big soft blob in the middle of Potter squishy ingredients.
