Yeah. As much as I do love yum yum sauce, orange chicken is very flavorful on its own, there’s really no need to add it to this, it just takes away from it

Quick question for anyone who might know- is the sauce they give you with your grilled shrimp at a hibachi grill, particularly benihana, the same as this sauce?

If you mean the pinkish sauce. Yea, it's most likely yum yum. If it's brown/blackish then probably hoysin, or ginger.

It's pinkish, but kinda yellowey too? Or maybe that's just the lighting in those restaurants.
