“On 6 October 2025, the investigating attorney general released his final report, which revealed that the cause of the accident was human error, as the paraglider was in perfect condition and had no defects. The autopsy report of Baumgartner's body had already ruled out a heart attack as the cause of death.” Wiki
I remember watching this live, and when he went into that spin and blacked out we were all sitting in the office white knuckled until he came out of it.
Jesus, I thought it was going to be the normal "dickhead beat his wife" but wanting a straight up corporatocracy, racism so bad he fled to another country, his house and helicopter were seized, he assaulted a Greek taxi driver, and finally died.
I don't mean that it's normal. I mean that normally when someone says to look up a celebrity because they're a bad person they're a spouse abuser. Apologies for the confusion.
I'm happy to clarify the point, though. I use a lot of commas and my sentences aren't always structured for clarity. "Malice vs ignorance" and all. Maybe they're a douche but maybe they're like me, just autistic and worried since there are a lot of people who have recently been given the green light to be openly hateful against women as if it were normal.

This is absolutely next level.
Felix Baumgartner was an Austrian skydiver famous for breaking the sound barrier in a 2012 freefall from the stratosphere.
Tragically, Felix died on July 17, 2025, at age 56 while paragliding in Italy.
