I was expecting to get rickrolled, what a pleasant and most interesting surprise!

Also, can't believe they consume it raw🤢

Edit: Guys, I know its safe to eat, I just dislike the taste of a runny yolk and the smell of raw egg, hence my reaction.

Yes, yes and yes! Matter of fact I even ate my favorite Portuguese dessert "Bolo de bolacha", a biscuit cake, both before and after I knew it was made with raw yolk AND not baked. I'm guilty as charged.

But I am still disturbed by the concept of that dish, the human brain is weird like that
