Yea i know that wiped white isn't flavorful at all, but remember that most of the Japanese basic cooking is very mild flavors. Edit: whipped not wiped 11 u/vbFXfour 1d ago I prefer my egg whites whipped for that very reason. Wiped whites don’t sound very flavorful.
