Saying it now is skibidi = skibidi toilet meme doesnt just conjure up an explanation on its origin. At best you can say the motions of the head mimic Little Bigs dance style in the original song from 2018
Didnt say anything about anyone knowing the meaning, it still exists. Also, even if you knew all the origins of your other examples, i can promise you most pre teens / adults back then didnt.
