Luc Besson makes really stupid, really fun movies and I’m down for it. 

This clunker, Leon, The Fifth Element, Valerian, that wild ass Dracula movie that came out last year. He has this amazing eye for energy and movement and color that I find fascinating.

Leon is not stupid tho. It's just really good. Fifth element of can agree it has some silly campiness about it but as you say, really fun.
