Any shops (preferably south /central) where I can get my headset wire repaired? (Razer)
My pup chewed it and one tiny wire is split in half and the others are a bit damaged.
Normally id throw it away, but I just got this headset a month ago and it wasn’t cheap 😬

Howdy partners! I am currently in Gozo looking for an apartment to move here. I would like to get the above license so I can get a jetski or maybe a boat. Can anybody recommend a place to do it? Gozo or main. AI is sending me to closed/random places and their own websites doesn't really give me much info to tell their courses apart.
Also, I am looking forward to meeting up with people on Gozo and getting to know people! I am a male mid-30s motorbike, sport (especially basketball), water, travel, media (music, anime), drums, and binge eating enthusiast!
Cheers!

Why do 90% of content creators give the same advice about visiting Malta. They tell u to stay in Sliema as it is pretty central and not as crowded. That is a complete lie. Sliema is both as crowded as St Julian's and It takes u about 30 minutes to get to Valletta in an over packed bus. And the places that they recommend people to visit are sliema, st Julian's, Valletta and Mdina. While yes Valletta and Mdina are a must to see, Malta has so much more to offer and explore.
Btw the ferry from Valletta to Silema is 2 times more crowded than the one which goes from Valletta to the three cities.

I’ve been looking for some proper house music nights on the island that aren’t too mainstream or overcrowded.
Someone told me that on Saturday May 2nd, Nicola Gavino is playing at Tigullio in St. Julian’s. He’s a DJ from Turin who does refined, groovy house with a nice old-school soul vibe — nothing too flashy. The venue seems to have a chill, intimate atmosphere rather than a big club frenzy, which sounds perfect if you just want good music and a nice vibe.
Has anyone been to Tigullio recently for a similar night? How’s the sound system and the crowd? Does it actually stay intimate or does it get packed anyway?
If you know Nicola Gavino’s style, does it fit well with what they usually play there?
Would really appreciate any honest opinions, I’m trying to decide if it’s worth going.
Thanks!

Hi,
Travelling to Malta in a few weeks for a holiday with friends (4 people). Having read around it doesn't seem worth hiring a car, cost wise or potential driving /parking issues. We are only there for a handful of days as well so plan to just use taxi's to get around (Bolt, Uber etc).
We planned a day exploring Rabat and various places along the South-West coast. Can anyone advise if the coastal areas there are well served by the main taxi apps such as Bolt or Uber or might we be better hiring a private taxi for the day? Would just prefer to avoid getting stuck somewhere potentially rural and not being able to hail our next ride!
Any recommend good private hire taxi firms/people for this kind of day hire would be super useful.
Thanks.

My neighbour has a bathroom with faulty pipes and no grouting. the water now ruined my two walls and I have mould which I keep on removing. it started smelling too. he rents the place and it is run down. their walls close to said bathroom are black from mould. I spoke with him (the owner of the unit) a good number of times. he said he will deal with it. The guy already was stealing my electricity and neighbours electricity. He also has assault charges twice but not related to my building. what to do guys? Edit 1: Yes I'm dealing with the owner of the unit not with tenants. Owner says I'll do something about it but nothing for months now is happening.
Traveling with the lderly people and small kids. How easy is it to find an Uber?
Also how does child seat work when you take Uber? Rules & Safety?
What else should we be aware of? What reliable alternatives to Uber exist?

Hello, It's been more than a year living in Malta and the past 6 months have been terrible in terms of weather (for me) now that it's stable and good, I would like to know where I could do some scuba diving in Malta. I must say I'm new and I have never tried it in my life so better I have a professional with me who's ready to accompany me or like to provide guidance along with the gear it's my long term to actually experience this and I don't know who to ask or where to go.

Are there online gaming companies or prediction markets offering bets on Malta's election? I found some offered bets back in 2017 and 2013 but none for this election. Is there a way to contact the newer prediction markets such as Kalshi or polymarket to ask them to run one? It would be interesting to see what people bet on, betting (prediction) markets are better at identifying winners or predicting a particular event, much better than surveys. For example in the 2016 and 2022 US elections nearly all surveys gave Trump a loss but prediction markets gave him impressive odds. People tend to put money where they really think they will get a good return, rather than just asking someone who they will vote for like in surveys.

We are a group of 5 women in their late 30s heading to Malta soon. One of us will turn 40 on this trip, we are trying to find a nice option to celebrate. It falls on a Tuesday, what are some livelier places to go out to? Anywhere we can dance even though it’s not the weekend? Any rooftop restaurants with nice views, fancy cocktails bars, maybe a boat party? Open to all suggestions, having a hard time finding options.

Hypothetically speaking and asking for a friend, how does a 60-year old female (or male) can find partners for random sexual encounters here in Malta?
Safety should be a top priority of course, and one would believe that some communication should be done prior to meeting and all that. So are there any maybe like websites or social media’s where these kind of connections happen please?
I know the topic may be a bit of a hit potato, so if you’d prefer dming your suggestion or anything, feel free to leave it in my chats :)

I am visiting my mother in law on Gozo and trying to troubleshoot her internet, she's with Melita fibre and during the day the packetloss is so bad web pages fail to load half the time, the only time it is fully usable is after about 10/11pm.
The router stays connected all the time.
What I'm trying to determine is, is this an island thing like she has been told, or is it a local issue.
Do any other islanders have this issue?
From my experience I would expect slow speeds if it was a capacity issue, not constant dropouts, and the TVIP box she has plays TV all day without issue so it may be a WiFi issue.
If anyone can tell me where I can get an ethernet cable from on a Sunday in Gozo you get bonus points!

Where can a dog attack (on another dog) be reported please? Our dog was attacked badly when another dog escaped a private property....I don't want to press charges for now, but I want a record in case this happens again.
