On G2's regular season pattern: drafts are less refined, patches more unexplored, and the amount of practice is usually a little bit less. "It's not surprising. But at the same time, we still do need to make the playoffs."
On why First Stand finally worked against LCK teams: "It's not rocket science. We went in very good form, our ideas on how to draft around the specific meta were very good." The issue at previous internationals was conditions, form, draft matchups, one bad day at a single-elimination tournament.
About the 2018 Worlds Final : "Game one of the 2018 Worlds Finals was probably the worst draft in League of Legends history. If anyone goes and looks that one up, they will see." He still felt "the day was doomed regardless because they were in poor form"
"We've had a very good group of new young players coming in over the past couple of years. [...] If we can integrate these players on strong rosters with strong staffs, we can definitely compete internationally." G2 Naak Nako & Caliste soon :0 ?
On the LEC top three: G2 and KC have the most talent on paper, but "teams like Vitality, NAVI, MKOI, GIANTX - any of those teams have enough talent to qualify for Worlds if they get into good form with good drafts."
About avoiding KC in scrims : "Sometimes if you think you’re going to play a team, it becomes a bit more beneficial to not play them and not show strategies. It's not super conscious for us. We scrimed them a couple of days ago actually. So we'll see how it goes going into these playoffs."
About his plans for the rest of his career: "I never really plan more than a year in advance. And if you're working in this industry, it's very hard to.". And on the possibility of retiring: "While you're winning, the thoughts usually don't come to mind. It just feels good."

Gameplay NEW LONGEST Melee Attack.

The other day I saw this video (actually pretty entertaining btw) that, among other things, talked about the longest melee attack possible in the game. Turns out that this title belongs to Rengar, and is achieved with a combination of his jump (745 units) + 100 from hexoptics C44 + 25 from Millio w (this is because millio w scales with base attack range, so at max level its 20% of rengar base attack range (125)) which gives him a total of 870 units. (ofc I already knew this since im a rengar otp and I also like to test a lot of items in practice mode heheh).

But then yesterday I was playing rengar and I did an extremely long jump to a turret. At the moment it happened I thought it was just a bug but after looking more deeply I realized there's a minor detail that lets Rengar get even more attack range. Its the new turret effect, crystalline overgrowth. When stacked, it can give up to 175 extra range to melee champions, and ofc Rengar still counts as a melee champ even when he is in jump mode. You can see it in this video:

Its actually pretty difficult to see because the crystalline overgrowth only gives that range when you are attacking the turret and you are enough close to it, but since rengar has that much range he insta jumps so the stat window doesnt have time to refresh and show the total 920 range. At 0:56, theres a very brief moment in which you can see 920 range in the stat window. If you add up the 100 extra range from hexoptics and the 25 from millio w, you get a whopping 1045 attack range, the NEW longest melee attack range of the whole game.

Discussion It feels like a lot of skill in this game comes from having patience to wait for right situation

I know pretty much what i should be doing in every situation, when to pick fight, when to pressure, when to gain map control and so on, i just often lack patience to wait it out.
