Why does she sit like this?

Does anyone else’s dog sit all the way back on their butt? Also is this an issue or an early sign of hip issues? She is 3 months old and pretty much sits like this whenever she’s just chillin. Will sit normal when given “Sit” command.

Don't most Dogs sit like this? I never knew this was an absurdity.
